Google Map (v3) with Street View Control - Print View)

Basic Google Map (v3) with Street View Control

This is an extension of the basic Google Maps V3. The basic map does not include the pegman that you can use to switch from a map view to a street view. The addition on one command will make the pegman appear (by default) in the upper left had portion of the map with the other map navigation tools. Comments are placed within the code to help explain the different options for each command.
